Do you accept insurance?

No, we do not accept insurance. By not using insurance, we can provide more confidentiality and freedom in the assessments we provide. We partner with Mentaya to help clients use their out-of-network insurance benefits to have costs reimbursed. Use the link below to check and see if you qualify, and Mentaya will file claims and handle the paperwork for a 5% fee per claim. Mentaya has helped people get thousands of dollars back per year, and participation is entirely optional; we do not benefit in any way from your participation.

What is a Superbill?

A superbill is a detailed itemized list that serves as a receipt for services provided. It is often used for insurance reimbursement purposes and consolidates the information necessary to submit claims to insurance companies. Clients may choose to submit their superbill directly to their insurance provider to receive reimbursement or use Mentaya to simplify the process. Reimbursement rates vary among insurance plans and policies.

How do I get started, and what can I expect?

The first step is to schedule your free 15-minute consultation. This meeting will help both you and the assessor determine if you are the right fit for each other. If it is not a good fit, the assessor will provide you with referrals to other assessors. If it is a good fit, you will be sent paperwork via the client portal. Once the paperwork is complete, Crystal will contact you via email to schedule your intake appointment and collect the deposit. During the initial intake session, we will discuss the reasons for your assessment, any relevant prior evaluations, and your concerns.
